How to become the best version of yourself


I wonder why you are reading this biog?

I suspect you are looking for something; it may be an answer, a solution, an insight, or perhaps inspiration or motivation to move forward. I always see these things in a straight forward way: there is simply a gap between where you are now and where you want to be. If you had the answer as to how to get there you wouldn’t be reading this piece of text.

Not being where you want to be is like an itch, the more you scratch it the worse it gets, and it doesn’t go away.

The trouble is that the more you think about it, the more you realise that you are no further forward with the answer as to how you get between these two points. Asking friends usually results in them giving you a solution that would meet their needs, not yours. And their advice sits alongside other the other vices out there and may not be the best for you.

But here is something to think about. You will succeed in what you want to do: the fact that you are reading this means you care about achieving your outcome enough to do something about it. It is just a question of when and how.

As a coach my role is quite simply: it is to help you see and experience what you haven’t seen and experienced so far. That is: what you are capable of, and how to make the best use of all the skills, drive and motivation you have got. It is there, believe me, it always is. You just don’t know how to find it and use it. That is where I can help.
